This tape measure has both standard and metric markings. Metric side is in 1mm increments and the standard side is maked in 1/16th increments. Even better, the guess work has been taken out of the standard side and made dummy proof as each incremental marking is clearly labeled 1/16, 1/8, 3/16, 1/4 etc.
Thick rubber type coating protects against falls and protects other surfaces from contact when wearing on belt.
Has a temp hold/lock push button that holds tape in postion from retracting as long as you hold the button and a separate slide lock button which locks tape measure until the slide lock is released.
Has belt clip, built in pencil sharpener and an eraseable surface for writing notes.
