The fuel petcock was broken when I received it which was strange because there was no damage to the box. It either was broken before it left the factory or was flaw in the plastic that could not handle the stress of hanging around. Customer service was great and shipped a replacement valve right away. The unit started right up and works like a charm. A fuel tank that lasts all night will be like living in the city next time the power goes out. I will miss mixing the oil but some things gotta go as technology progresses. The only complaint I have is the pull cord is set up for a lefty, and the gas cap is located on the back so I have to turn it around or use a funnel to fill it up.
