Great saw, can't add to what has already been written. BUT this was a used unit. The fences do not line up perfectly, and I can see that someone was monkeying around with them as the bolts that hold the fences in place were all scratched and worn. Really would have liked to get a new saw, since that is what I thought I purchased. Anyway, all is well, and I will not be returning the unit, but there should be some more quality control on returned items. Hitachi gets the 5 out of 5. Amazon, and the return system, gets a 2 out of 5. If you could buy this from another source, I think that would be the best.
